1. How to Sign Up?

• If you are a RAC User, please use your RAC domain credentials to Sign in by clicking Azure AD button on the Sign In page.

• If you are non RAC user, please go to the Sign up page and fill all required details in order to create a login. Once you create a login, a verification link will be send to your email ID.   

2. How to Log in?

• RAC users can login by Clicking Azure AD, with RAC credentials

• Non RAC users cannot login with Azure AD as they don’t have RAC credentials. Non RAC users can login with registered email and password

3. Which account/Email can be used to subscribe?

We recommend to use accounts with personal email ID or names only for your individual testing. If you intent to use the subscription key for an application requests, then we recommend subscribing using a group or support email id instead of the personal login so that it is easy to identify personal vs application logins. 

4. How do I subscribe to product or API?

• After Signing in go to Product Tab, search required product and click on it.

• Enter the new subscription name and click on Subscribe button, you can check the status of your request under profile Tab. 

• After subscription, please inform azuresupport@rac.co.uk to approve the request.

• Once request is approved , the subscription key will be generated.

5. Where can I find the list of products I have subscribed?

After Log in, please go to profile tab. Under the profile page you could find the list of the subscriptions and products you have subscribed.

6. What happens if I am have RAC email but don’t use Azure AD to sign up ?

We  frequently review and convert any non AAD accounts with valid RAC email addresses to Azure AD account and inform the user. You will then have to use the Azure AD option on next login.
